Day 9 - our day off in Richmond

Nice restful day today.  Breakfast at 8.30.  Liz arrived at 9.15 and we hit the town.  First stop 'As You Like It' coffee shop.  Second stop Richmond Heritage Museum, including stepping foot inside Mr Farnan's veterinary surgery!  Third stop 'Lily's Tea Shop'.  Just planning what we'll eat for supper!  Looks like a curry although not sure any of this is good fodder for tomorrow's epic walk!
Four walking days left and I'm feeling quite sad that it will be over so soon.  Not sure the others are feeling the same.  Simon's knees are a constant nag and Andy's suffering from gout and blisters...
23 miles, 12.75 miles, 18 miles and 19 miles are all that is separating us from Robin Hood's Bay now...

Decided to adopt Eurozone work and take Labour day out of office. It was a tough walk, mbut made it :). Off to Athens for lunch on Thur, then a nice long weekend. Good luck with rest of tour.
